Dear valued customer,
Our current shop is only available in the German language. Our problem is the the shop software which allows only one language. We are currently working on a bi-lingual shop with a new software, however that will take until September 2016. Our old English-only shop is no longer maintained.
Two English shops to choose from
You may now either look in our "old" shop in English language or you may try the on-the-fly automatic website translation of this new shop. Additionally, if you installed Google's toolbar you will have a translation-button there too.
- The first will have better translations but will miss a few products as it is our "old" shop. And please do not order there, as all the pricing is incorrect.
- The latter will show all products but comes with the lack of an imperfect translation due to the automated on the fly translation.
If you are trying the automated solution, please note that the pages usually pop up in German and then switch into English after a few seconds (when the translation has been finished). For this automated translation you will need an up-to-date browser version. It works best with Internet Explorer 9 or 10.
Automated translation of novels will never be possible, however for technical products like ours the result, even if far from being perfect, is usually good enough for content comprehension.
Weight / shipping
Please be advised, that the German shop will show a few products you better avoid to purchase: all items with a weight of more than 1kg may result in huge shipping costs if they have to be shipped outside of Germany. In your own interest you should not purchase soldering stations or other heavy products here. Even if the price seems to be very attractive, the final price including shipping would often exeed the amount you would have to pay locally.
Manuals
Please remember that some products are currently only available with a German manual. We do have an english manual for a lot of products, however, if an English manual is crucial for you, please ask before ordering about the availability of an English manual.
VAT
Please note that all shown prices are including 19% German VAT.
If you are ordering from non EU countries, please do not pay yet. We will send you an order confirmation without VAT. If you are ordering from a EU-company (but Germany) you might enter your European VAT ID during the checkout process which will eliminate all VAT (reducing all prices).

3 - Use translation button of Google's toolbar:
Click on "Back" or on the upper left logo to return to the German shop.
Then use the "translation" button on the Google toolbar (if installed).
The Google toolbar is available for the most popular browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and offers an on-the-fly translation of websites.
